I’ve released version 2.7beta1:

Site fixes:

  • Fixed 500px.com.

Other Changes:

  • Thumbnail Zoom Plus now works with the Seamonkey Internet suite.
  • The default location of the Thumbnail Zoom Plus toolbar button is now the Navigation toolbar.
  • Possible improvement of image quality when the pop-up is lower resolution than the image’s actual size.

Are you on windows, mac, or linux? Which version of Thumbnail Zoom Plus?

Once you get a white pop-up, are all pop-ups after that also white until you restart?

This is a problem I haven’t seen myself (which makes it harder to fix). Sending me the debug log might help:
      1. Restart Firefox.
      2. In TZP preferences turn on “Debug”.
      3. Use TZP until you start getting white pop-ups.
      4. In TZP preferences click “Copy log”
      5. Paste into an email to me at firefox.add.on@davidadler.name. Note that the log will contain the web address of sites you visited during the test.
